Fantastic Four Reboot Won’t Be Down With The Kids.
Despite the rumours currently circulating around the Internet, confirmation from the source states that the Fantastic Four reboot won’t feature the superheroes as teenagers.
Movie website Latino Review had initially posted a story eluding to the possible plot taking place when the heroes are kids:
“Two friends, (who end up being Mr. Fantastic and The Thing), [It] starts with them being really young. An event happens at 16 that changes them. Instead of being superheroes, they are basically owned by the Government and used as weapons.”
Of course the howls of outrage at such an audacious plot-line echoed from nearly every parent’s basement in America and could be heard as far away as space. But then a funny thing happened, the writer of the reboot Jeremy Slater took to Twitter and posted the following response to the article’s claims:
“hahahahaha nope.”
