As far as I know this extended footage was shown last August as part of Disney’s Expo, (Jesus, I need to get out more), in which Captain America and ScarJo gain access to a sea going ship and dispatch various unfortunate extras with some flying kicks and punches.

And that’s pretty much it, except for another look at some edited footage of the trailer at the end. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is due for release April 4th.
