And It’s A Wrap For Avengers 2.

Director Joss Whedon took to Twitter yesterday and posted up this picture, (which looks like a great album cover), with a message to fans that filming had indeed concluded on the set of Avengers: Age Of Ultron, the sequel to the enormously successful 2012 original movie The Avengers.

It appears Whedon doesn’t know what to do with himself but I’m pretty sure a full year of post production on the film will keep him occupied. Of course as is the case with the Internet rumours are already circulating that the man will not be returning to helm a third Avengers movie and that Marvel will have to start searching for a replacement. I’m no betting man but I’m pretty sure Whedon, being the mega-geek, he is won’t be going anywhere.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron is due for release on May 1st, 2015.
