Jurassic World 3 Will Reunite Goldblum, Dern and Neill.
Jurassic Avengers Assemble!
For the third and possibly the final instalment of the Jurassic World franchise, director Colin Trevorrow confirmed that all three main characters from the original Jurassic Park movie will be reunited for this new movie.
Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill will reprise their roles, (Dr. Ellie Sattler, Dr. Ian Malcolm and Dr. Alan Grant, ), and star alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. They will no doubt have to help the duo clean up the prehistoric mess Fallen Kingdom left behind and I don’t mean the plot. It’s understood that the third movie will pick up where Fallen Kingdom left off with many dinosaurs, which were freed during the climax, roaming freely in the wilderness.
Trevorrow recently explained that he didn’t want to make the third film about dinosaurs laying waste to towns and cities but instead was interested in a world where “a dinosaur might run out in front of your car on a foggy backroad, or invade your campground looking for food. A world where dinosaur interaction is unlikely but possible—the same way we watch out for bears or sharks.”
Trevorrow confirmed this choice of narrative after he released an eight minute short film entitled Battle At Big Rock as a segway of sorts between Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World 3, which deals with a dinosaur face-off in the woods in front of terrified campers.
Jurassic World 3 is scheduled for release on June 11th, 2021.
