Mad Max: Fury Road Sequel Gets A Title.

We’ve barely been able to get our breath back after the feverish intensity of Mad Max: Fury Road and already George Miller is forging ahead with a sequel.

Wasting no time in moving forward Miller has officially revealed that the Fury Road sequel will be called Mad Max: The Wasteland and will once again star Tom Hardy as the lone road warrior Max Rockatansky. Apparently this film will be the second installment of a planned trilogy which Miller had time to develop due to the long delays on the set of Fury Road.

Nothing at this stage is known about the plot of the sequel but a clue might be found in the forthcoming Mad Max open world console game, the premise of which has our hero wandering the wasteland trying to relocate his prize V8 Interceptor after it’s stolen by wasteland marauders.
